Physical Education Teacher

Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a Physical Education teacher at Park Elementary (Grades 4 &
5) for the  school year and beyond. Candidates should hold a Physical Education K-5 or K-12 licensure but will consider an Elementary Education licensure through the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) or contact the district for licensing options. The salary range for this position is $49,048.00 per year - $91,357.00 per year. Salary is dependent upon education and experience.

This position is at.93 FTE and will work 183 days per year, 7.5 hours per day. Benefits include:

Park Elementary School is located near downtown Hutchinson and serves 400 students in fourth and fifth grade. Our purpose is to meet the needs of the whole child with an emphasis on basic academic skills. We are committed to providing as many hands-on learning experiences as possible in all academic areas. We want our students to know, understand, and apply what we teach.

We provide instruction and opportunities in all academic areas. As an elementary school, our focus is on language arts and mathematics.
