Student Supervision
Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a team member to provide student supervision to students during morning bus drop-off at Tiger Elementary. This position will monitor students during non-classroom activities making sure school rules are followed to ensure student safety. This position will work 157 days per year, 3.75 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $19.14 per hour - $21.64 per hour.
Salary is dependent upon education and experience. Benefits include sick leave and retirement plan with employer contribution.
Responsibilities include:
- Observe students, checking for appropriate and safe behaviors.
- Assist in conflict resolution as well as other needs including: tying shoes, zipping coats, etc.
- Help keep the cafeteria, playground, and work/school environment clean and safe.
- Work with other staff and students to create a positive, efficient and safe school environment.
- Maintain confidentiality standards by adhering to the district's data privacy policy.
Required qualification:
High school diploma or GED.
