Hutchinson Health is seeking a dynamic and passionate Nurse Manager to lead our 12bed Inpatient Mental Health Unit
, serving both adolescents and adults. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our program is known for compassionate, evidence based care delivered through strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

This is a meaningful leadership opportunity for an experienced mental health nurse leader who is energized by team development, clinical excellence, and advocacy for patients and staff.

As Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting the vision, culture, and clinical direction of Inpatient Mental Health Services. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and work in close partnership with psychiatry, social services, and hospital leadership to ensure safe, high quality, and patient centered care.

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Inpatient Mental Health Unit
• Oversee patient care delivery
  , staffing, and clinical quality outcomes
• Foster a supportive, engaged, and high performing nursing team through coaching and mentorship
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Patient Care Services/Chief Nurse Officer and the Mental Health Medical Director
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with other Nurse Managers across the organization to support shared initiatives and operational alignment

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Minnesota license
• Clinical experience in Mental Health
  , with demonstrated leadership capability
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision making skills
• Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and sound clinical judgment
• BSN preferred
• 3-7 years of clinical experience required
  ; prior leadership experience preferred
