Commercial Account Manager​/Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Manager/Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and must have a current Property & Casualty License. Applied EPIC knowledge is helpful.

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processes.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.

• Proven experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably within commercial lines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
• Current Property and Casualty License.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
