Production Lead in Hutchinson, MN $23/hr | 4-Day Workweek (Mon–Thu, 6 AM–6 PM)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Lead who’s passionate about teamwork, quality, and keeping things running smoothly.
Lead and motivate a production and packaging team to meet daily goals
Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to keep operations on track
Support a positive and respectful work culture
Keep your team focused and engaged
Experience in production and packaging (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsible, dependable, and solution‑oriented
A positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
- Must submit to background check and drug screening.
- Mechanical knowledge preferred, not required.
