Complete welding jobs according to detailed prints and work orders

Use shop tools and equipment, including tape measures

Operate overhead cranes and other lifting devices as needed

Follow all safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Maintain quality standards while meeting production expectations

Must have high school diploma or GED

Must have at least 6 months welding experience and/or formal welding education

Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of shop tools and equipment

Ability to read and interpret prints and work instructions

Ability to maintain regular, on-time attendance

Basic understanding of manufacturing regulations

Reliable transportation to the Hutchinson, MN worksite
