Health Partners is seeking a Resource RN to join our nursing team on straight nights from 7p-7a, including every 4th weekend. The Resource RN provides support across patient care areas to improve daily workflow and cohesiveness among units.
Requirements include graduation from a nursing program with at least one year of clinical experience and a current Minnesota RN license (CPR/ACLS/PALS/ENPC/NRP as needed). Strong leadership and collaboration skills are expected.
