Nurse Manager (LPN or RN) Opportunity at River Oaks of Minnesota River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager (LPN or RN) to provide leadership and oversight of resident care services and support the daily operations of our nursing department.

WHAT WE OFFERThis full-time Nurse Manager position offers competitive compensation based on licensure and experience:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience

Registered Nurse (RN): $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NURSE MANAGERAs a Nurse Manager, you will play an important role in leading and supporting our care team while helping ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing leadership, direction, and support to care staff to ensure duties and resident care needs are completed appropriately and timely.

Administering medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and applicable nursing standards.

Assessing resident conditions and changes in condition and ensuring appropriate documentation, intervention, communication, and follow-up.

Supporting and overseeing resident care needs, including activities of daily living and individualized service plans.

Communicating and collaborating with residents, families, providers, and members of the interdisciplinary team.

Providing education, coaching, and guidance to care staff to promote quality care and consistent practices.

Assisting with staff training, competency, and delegation as permitted by licensure and applicable regulations.

Supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts within the nursing department.

Advocating for residents and promoting dignity, independence, choice, and person-centered care.

Helping maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative environment for residents and employees.

Your leadership, clinical knowledge, and commitment to excellent resident care will help drive the success of our nursing and care programs.

QUALIFICATIONS Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota.

Nursing experience in assisted living, long-term care, home care, mental health, or a related setting preferred.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to effectively lead, coach, and support a diverse care team.

Commitment to person-centered care and service excellence.
