Local Contract - LTC Certified Nursing Assistant CNA)

• Provide compassionate, direct patient care under nursing staff direction

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nurses or appropriate staff

• Obtain and record vital signs and other patient information as assigned

• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration when required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient-care standards

• Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and team members

• Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times

• Current CNA certification in good standing

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Certified Nurse Aide credentials

• Ability to work 5x8-hour day/PM shifts

• Availability for every other weekend

• Commitment to a 40-hour workweek

• Residence within approximately one hour of the facility

• Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and patient-care skills

• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience

• Up to $33 per hour

• All hours paid at $33 per hour
