Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, direct patient care under nursing staff direction
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nurses or appropriate staff
Obtain and record vital signs and other patient information as assigned
Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration when required
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient-care standards
Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and team members
Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times
Current CNA certification in good standing
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Certified Nurse Aide credentials
Ability to work 5x8-hour day/PM shifts
Availability for every other weekend
Commitment to a 40-hour workweek
Residence within approximately one hour of the facility
Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and patient-care skills
Skills:
Previous healthcare or long-term care experience
Up to $33 per hour
All hours paid at $33 per hour
40 guaranteed hours per week
Consistent 5x8 day/PM schedule
Every-other-weekend rotation
No overtime dependency
