You will:

• Stock existing shelf space and immediate consumption coolers.
• Build and maintain eye-catching, package-specific displays that comply with company standards.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and keep backroom areas organized and clean.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service; collaborate with store managers and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain open communication with sales representatives and drivers; assist with driver shortages as necessary.
• Manage paperwork accurately and efficiently.

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Possess strong communication skills for interaction with customers and co-workers.
• Have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance to use your personal vehicle for product transport.
• Complete a Motor Vehicle Check to comply with Vehicle Safety Policy.
• Have physical dexterity to operate a manual pallet jack and maneuver 2- and 4-wheel carts, with the ability to push or pull weights up to 2,200 pounds.
• Be flexible with varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Be self-driven and able to work independently without close supervision.
