Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Jay Malone Motors in Hutchinson, MN. This position is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs and budgets, and presenting suitable new and pre-owned options. The Sales Consultant conducts test drives, explains features, financing options, and warranty details, and guides customers through the purchasing process. Daily activities include following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in the dealership’s systems, coordinating with finance and service teams, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for every visitor.

The role also involves meeting sales goals, staying current on inventory and product knowledge, and contributing to a supportive team environment.
