Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Design Analyst to support project coordination, reporting, customer communications, and operational process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and customers to coordinate projects, track progress, analyze operational data, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities and delivering exceptional customer service are key to success.
Responsibilities- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
- Track project assignments, monitor progress, and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support business decisions and workload management.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders regarding project updates, requests, and inquiries.
- Review project documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain workload metrics, reporting, and project tracking documentation.
- Assist with resolving project-related issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, data analysis, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and business processes.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Experience supporting project management or operations teams.
- Experience with workload reporting, metrics, or business analytics.
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Utility, engineering, construction, or operations support experience is a plus.
