RDC Paving in Texas is seeking an Asphalt Crew Laborer to assist in preparing, laying, and finishing asphalt on roads, driveways, and parking areas.
This is a physically demanding role requiring teamwork, safety focus, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather, often long hours and possible overnight travel.
You will operate hand tools, help feed the paving machine, perform equipment checks, and help maintain a clean, safe site under foreman supervision.
