This opportunity is ideal for an experienced MEP Superintendent looking to lead daily site operations across mechanical and electrical scopes on a large-scale data center project in Hutto, Texas. The role involves overseeing subcontractors, schedules, quality, and site execution to ensure the safe and successful delivery of mission-critical construction projects.

• Manage daily site operations across MEP and electrical construction scopes including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment
• Develop and utilise look-ahead schedules to assess progress and identify upcoming issues
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings with the Project Manager prior to mobilisation
• Direct procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules
• Meet with and direct supervisory personnel, craft personnel, and subcontractors to review scope, schedule, and phasing requirements
• Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and construction schedules
• Manage the project based on progress reports, materials used, and costs and adjust work schedules accordingly
• Work with the Project Manager to prepare the Project Management Plan
• Resolve complaints and grievances within the project workforce
• Ensure company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are consistently maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage crew mixes and work assignments to control labour costs

• 5+ years of experience working on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP and electrical construction processes
• Ability to read blueprints and understand subcontractor scopes of work
• Experience managing subcontractors, crews, and labour costs on active construction sites
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to and from the project site
• Data center or mission critical construction experience highly preferred
