Semiconductor Test Hardware Design Engineer

Our rapidly expanding semiconductor technology company is seeking a Test Design Engineer to develop advanced wafer‑level test hardware and drive improvements in production capability, yield, and performance.

• Lead the design and development of semiconductor test hardware including PCB design, circuit design, and FPGA integration.
• Design high-speed and mixed-signal test circuits for advanced wafer‑level semiconductor applications.
• Develop test programs, vectors, and automated test solutions across multiple platforms.
• Debug complex multi‑layer PCBs, identifying issues such as signal integrity, impedance mismatches, and component failures.
• Perform detailed electrical measurements using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDR, and LCR meters.
• Drive root‑cause analysis, failure investigations, and corrective actions in production environments.
• Support technicians with hardware bring‑up, rework, testing, and debug processes while setting engineering best practices.
• Contribute to yield improvement, hardware reliability, failure analysis, and continuous process improvements.

• Experience designing and developing electronic test hardware or test circuits from concept through validation.
• Strong background in electrical engineering with experience in analog, digital, or mixed‑signal circuit design.
• Hands‑on experience with PCB schematic capture, layout, troubleshooting, and complex electronic systems.
• Knowledge of high‑speed or RF concepts including signal integrity, crosstalk, and impedance control.
• Experience with LabVIEW or similar test software.
• Experience working on semiconductor, wafer‑level, or high‑speed electronic test systems preferred.
