Responsibilities
- Supervise labor management and planning of inbound and outbound product slotting.
- Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities.
- Manage operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
- Provide direction and support to the Human Resources.
- Assist in creating programs for hiring, training, and professional development.
- Ensure all team members are properly trained and efficient in required information systems.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 3 years experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
- Able to operate MHE.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
- Experience with RF Scanners and WMS functions.
