️ What you'll be doing
- Program, set up, and machine precision components on a CNC 3-axis vertical mill
- Set up and operate a precision surface grinder for finished components
- Create, edit, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs
- Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and work holding for efficient machining
- Read engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances
- Partner with engineering and production teams to solve machining challenges
- Perform routine machine maintenance and help improve manufacturing processes

- CNC machining experience
- Basic G-code knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail

- 5+ years of CNC machining and programming experience
- CNC programming experience
- Haas or Okuma machining experience
- Surface grinding experience
- Mastercam experience
- Laser or micro-drilling experience
