Retail Sales and Merchandising Associate

Micro Center is seeking a Retail Sales and Merchandising Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in our Retail Operations department. In this role, you'll engage customers on the sales floor, assess their needs, and recommend computers, components, and consumer electronics. You'll support merchandising by maintaining planograms, stocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are accurate and appealing. Using POS systems, you'll process sales and returns while helping meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identifying needs and recommending appropriate tech products
• Explain features and benefits of computers, components, and consumer electronics
• Execute merchandising plans, maintain planograms, and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems
• Maintain accurate inventory, assist with cycle counts, and report stock issues
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and aligned with visual standards
• Stay current on product updates, promotions, and technology trends
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales and service goals
