We’re currently hiring Driver / Sales Specialists who will serve as the face of Junk King for residential and commercial customers. In this role, you’ll combine customer service, sales, and hands‑on work by providing estimates, closing jobs, and safely removing items from customer properties.

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to explain Junk King services
• Provide clear, accurate price estimates and close sales on‑site
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service that exceeds expectations
• Build positive customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

• Safely remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
• Load trucks efficiently while protecting customer property
• Transport and unload items responsibly while following company procedures
• Assist with sorting materials for recycling and donation whenever possible

• Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain a clean truck, uniform, and professional appearance
• Follow safety guidelines when lifting and moving items
• Represent the Junk King brand with professionalism and pride

• Hourly pay plus commission and tips
• Typical earnings range from $20–$27 per hour

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and frequently
• High energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

• Experience in junk removal, moving, delivery, labor, or customer service
• Sales or commission‑based experience
• Familiarity with basic tools or moving equipment
• Comfortable traveling throughout the St. Louis area for jobs

• Full‑time position
• Typical shifts are 8 hours
• Monday–Friday with weekends as needed
