Garage Door Sales Consultant

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers make confident decisions? As our Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners, contractors, and businesses to understand their needs, recommend the right garage door solutions, and guide them through the entire sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and ready to grow a successful sales career in the trades or home services industry.

• Meet with customers and contractors to gather project information and prepare accurate estimates
• Provide expert guidance on garage door products, styles, features, and solutions
• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings
• Manage the complete sales process from the initial consultation through post-installation follow-up
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and clear communication
• Accurately document customer interactions, estimates, and sales activities
• Maintain a professional image and represent Garage Door Services with integrity and expertise

• One to two years of sales experience in the trades or home services industry
• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• The ability to prioritize responsibilities and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn our products and continuously improve your sales techniques

• At least one year of experience in new home trade sales
• Experience using Service Titan or the ability to learn new technology
• Familiarity with garage door products and services

Guaranteed weekly pay during an initial 12 to 24-week ramp-up period

Once the guaranteed pay period ends, the position will transition to a 100% commission compensation structure
