Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across our utilities and energy solutions portfolio. In this role, you will source and close new commercial and industrial customers, expand strategic accounts, and promote electricity, natural gas, and renewable offerings that help clients manage costs and reduce carbon footprints. You will craft go-to-market strategies, lead complex proposals and negotiations, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities in the utilities and energy sector
- Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial customers

- Lead proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations with key prospects
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape sales plans
- Manage a revenue pipeline and accurately forecast results
- Represent Constellation Energy at industry events and customer meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Report performance metrics and recommend improvements to leadership
