• High school diploma or equivalent (electrical certification or apprenticeship preferred)
• Texas Residential Journeyman License or Residential Wireman
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
• Willingness to continue education and training in the electrical field

• Residential Service Experience

• Availability to work Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (or until daily tasks are complete)

• Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $160,000 based on experience and knowledge.
• Sign‑on bonus for licensed wireman and journeyman: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 3 months, and an additional $1,000 after 6 months of employment
