Caffeinated Coffee Repairs keeps commercial coffee equipment running for cafes, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the South‑Central and Pacific Northwest United States. We are looking for a field technician who takes that responsibility seriously—someone who’s handy, curious, and clear‑headed under pressure.

• Use a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to isolate faults.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters when necessary.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with precision and care.
• Pull part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation.
• Write detailed, professional service notes with accurate findings—no errors, no slang.
• Track time and manage digital tickets through Service Titan.
• Walk customers through findings in language they can understand.
• Taste coffee post‑repair to confirm the machine is functioning correctly.

• Some experience with hands‑on repair work—electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general project work around the house.
• Proficient with a multimeter before day one.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Reliable smartphone.
• Secure address for parts deliveries via Fed Ex and UPS.
• Basic vehicle confidence; ability to handle a flat tire or drop the vehicle for scheduled maintenance.

• Dedicated team manages scheduling, dispatch, and back‑office support including estimates and invoicing for large and enterprise accounts.
• Inventory tracked digitally and reordered automatically; you assist with parts receiving and inventory counts.
• After training, you receive a company vehicle and start each day from home—no daily office visits.

• $20–$25 per hour based on experience and certifications.
• Expected 30–60 hours per week.
