Restoration Technician

Dry Force is hiring a Mold Technician for a full‑time position in Austin, Texas.

• Perform mold remediation and mitigation services in homes and commercial buildings
• Set up containment barriers and negative air systems to prevent cross‑contamination
• Remove and dispose of mold‑affected materials following EPA and company guidelines
• Clean, treat, and sanitize impacted areas using approved antimicrobial solutions
• Operate air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtration equipment
• Conduct post‑remediation cleanup and prepare areas for restoration work
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and company protocols at all times
• Document job progress through photos, notes, and daily updates using a phone or tablet
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members
• Assist with emergency response projects as needed (water restoration support)
• Maintain compliance with company safety standards and ensure all field documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Demonstrated knowledge of mold remediation regulations and compliance standards, including safety and environmental guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform physically demanding work
• 1+ year of mold remediation or restoration experience preferred
• Knowledge of containment procedures, PPE, and HEPA equipment
• Mold Remediation Worker's Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and occasional evenings, weekends, or on‑call shifts
