Electrical Apprentice

Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces Must pass background check and drug screening

The Electrical Apprentice works under the guidance of one or more Journeyman Electricians, gaining hands-on experience and training in the electrical trade. This will be assisting with installations, conduit bending, wire pulling, material handling, and other job site activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with the installation of conduit, cable tray systems, wiring, and electrical equipment.
• Support electricians with job site setup, material organization, equipment preparation, and general project tasks.
• Develop the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform basic electrical terminations and connections under direct supervision.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and site-specific procedures.
• Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to advance technical skills and industry knowledge.
