• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues quickly and accurately.
• Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, and replacement recommendations when appropriate.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air professionally.

• Proven experience servicing residential HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-split systems, and air quality products.
• NATE Certification is a plus.
• Sales experience or the ability to present repair and replacement options is a plus.
