DSV – Warehouse Operations Driver (Days) – full‑time position in USA (Hutto, TX). Dual role of commercial vehicle driver & warehouse operator with responsibility for local pick‑up & delivery and all in‑warehouse functions (shipping/receiving, picking, quality control, inventory, safety and maintenance).

• Maintain a neat, orderly storage lot focused on efficiency.
• Operate commercial vehicles within a 20‑air‑mile radius for freight pickup and delivery.
• Verify shipment bills before loading and perform weigh/dimension checks.
• Load and unload freight safely, segregating outbound freight and loading ULDs.
• Work daily with warehouse supervisors and comply with safety requirements.
• Provide professional customer interaction during pick‑ups/deliveries.
• Use proper Airline/Electric hookup and backing procedures.
• Follow all company policies, guidelines, and quality procedures.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Use gas or electric forklifts/MHE to load outbound shipments, move and stack product efficiently.
• Maintain an organized work area.

• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring accuracy of quantity and type.
• Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Prepare freight for operations accurately and timely as required.

• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage‑free.
• Report quality variances.

• Move product from staging or storage to production lines or staging docks efficiently.
• Ensure proper documentation accompanies freight.

• Keep accurate records and reports to maintain tight inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and aid warehouse security.
• Comply with all SOPs, corporate and site policies, safety rules and OSHA/MSDS standards.
• Participate in safety meetings.

• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product using forklift, clamp truck, drum attachment or other power equipment.
• Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift or other equipment daily.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods.
• Maintain an active forklift certification.

• Assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

• Change forklift fuel tanks as needed.
• Repair pallets, trailers, and truck bays as requested.
• Help maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Work overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months experience in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• Ability to operate MHE.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass federal/state/local background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests.
• Be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.
• Basic computer skills; RF scanners and WMS functions.
• Knowledge of basic to intermediate mathematical calculations for inventory, shipping, and product handling.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, and adaptability to change in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clean driving record; CDL or prior tractor yard experience preferred.

• 1–2 years experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• 1–2 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.
