The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership about damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for safe and efficient operation of all equipment, and are expected to perform all duties as assigned.
Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality, and to comply with all corporate and site‑specific policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Picking:
Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders, stage, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label products as per client requirements. - Quality control:
Verify that products and orders meet quality standards, report any damages or discrepancies, and document all processes as defined by Standard Operating Procedures. - Safety, housekeeping and compliance:
Execute all safety protocols, keep the facility clean and orderly, maintain equipment and report problems, and comply with OSHA and company policies. - Equipment operation:
Operate equipment such as a pallet jack safely and efficiently; support maintenance activities as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). - Certifications:
None. - Other:
Able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures (mild to moderate).
- Language:
English (reading, writing, verbal). - Mathematical:
Basic to intermediate level for verifying quantities, counting inventory, etc. - Attention to detail and accuracy; perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Require minimal supervision; able to adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- 6+ months experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Occasional handling/fingering, sitting.
- Frequent bending.
- Constant walking and standing.
- Lifting and carrying 21–50 pounds; reaching up to shoulder height, reaching outward, squatting, kneeling.
The work area is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Noise level is usually low to moderate.

CompensationExpected base pay: $23.23 hourly. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
