General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. Also responsible for counting, inspecting product, and notifying leadership of damages or discrepancies. Associates perform all duties as assigned and ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Picking:
Use pallet jack to accurately pick orders, stack, package, band, shrink wrap and label products as required. Process all picking functions per Standard Operating Procedures. - Quality Control:
Verify products/orders meet quality standards, report damages or discrepancies. Perform packaging, shrink wrapping, labeling per SOP. - Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance:
Execute all safety protocols, maintain cleanliness and order, assist security, comply with SOPs and OSHA/SDS standards. - Equipment Operation:
Operate equipment such as pallet jack, maintain equipment upkeep, report problems, operate safely and efficiently. - Maintenance:
Assist in ground and equipment maintenance as assigned. - Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned, work overtime as dictated by business.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months (mild to moderate).
- English reading, writing, verbal.
- Basic to intermediate math skills for verifying quantities, counting inventory.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to accomplish tasks timely.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision; adapt to change and thrive in fast‑paced environment.
- 6 months experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
Occasionally handling/fingering, sitting; frequently bending; constantly walking and standing; ability to lift/carry and push/pull 21‑50 pounds.
Work EnvironmentLow to moderate noise level, minimal exposure to fumes or airborne particles.

Compensation and BenefitsExpected base pay rate: $23.23 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
