RCL Administrative Manager Assistant
Supports the RCL Administrative Manager to keep projects and department reporting on schedule. Assists with research and preparation of strategic project and system initiatives. Prepares a wide range of reports for the Board, Committees, Senior and Executive Management, including the compilation of market data utilized in business line and strategic decisions. Provides support for audit/exam coordination and report preparation. Under the direction of the RCL Administrative Manager, assists with administrative support to the department's senior management team.
Provides support for the department's sales function including business development events, community events, training, and other tasks as appropriate.

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Prior administrative or financial services experience, preferably in Residential and Consumer Lending.
- Prior mortgage department or compliance experience is highly desirable.
- Effective customer service skills; internal and external customers.
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and judgment in relationship to sales and marketing materials.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills including the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and seeing tasks and projects through to their completion.
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex regulations is required.
- Ability to multi-task, meet and manage deadlines, be adaptable and flexible in high-pressure situations.
- Must be willing to cross-train and learn functions as needed throughout the entire department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to quickly learn new software and applications.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed; including early mornings, nights and weekends.
