Service manager and service advisor candidates must have previous auto shop experience! Service manager applicants need prior experience in warranty claim administration, repair order management, and demonstrate strong technical knowledge. Service advisors need to have a working technical knowledge and experience handling sales to service clients. A valid driver's license is required.
