Job Role: Collision Appraiser
Location: Hyannis, MA
Salary: $75,000 - $130,000
Type: Collision Repair Center
We're looking for an experienced Collision Repair Appraiser to join a busy, high-volume collision center. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with customers, insurance partners, and technicians to deliver exceptional repair experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Inspect and evaluate collision-damaged vehicles
- Write accurate repair estimates using CCC or similar estimating software
- Photograph vehicle damage and document repair needs
- Collaborate with technicians, insurance adjusters, vendors, and customers throughout the repair process
- Review repair plans and ensure estimates are complete and accurate
- Maintain clear communication while providing outstanding customer service
- Appraiser License required
- 3+ years of automotive collision estimating/appraisal experience
- Experience in a collision repair center preferred
- Proficiency with CCC Pathways or similar estimating platforms
- I-CAR certification is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
