GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cape Cod Community College's Center for Community and Professional Education (CCAPE) is seeking a dynamic, community-minded leader to serve as Senior Manager of Career and Technical Education. This is a unique opportunity to expand access to career and technical training across the region ? building the pathways that help individuals gain credentials, change careers, and step into in-demand jobs, while strengthening the community partnerships that make that access possible.

In this role, the Senior Manager of Career and Technical Education will lead the development, implementation, and management of CCAPE's open enrollment training portfolio ? from short-term credentialing to stackable, grant-funded programming ? in close partnership with community organizations, libraries, senior centers, and regional workforce partners. The Senior Manager will work hand-in-hand with the Senior Manager of Employer Engagement and Workforce Partnerships and the Director/Chief Workforce Development Officer to ensure CCAPE's programming reflects both industry demand and community need, and requires strong judgment, initiative, and a collaborative approach to carry out responsibilities effectively.

This position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on building partnerships, designing programs that open doors for learners, and navigating the intersection of higher education, workforce development, and community impact.

• Develop and manage CCAPE's Career and Technical Education open enrollment portfolio, including but not limited to: short- to long-term training, professional development, credentialing and digital badges, Credit for Prior Learning based projects, stackable credentials, bridging to credit bearing certificates and programs, grant-funded programming, career training programs, contract open enrollment programs, and other programs/projects as assigned.
