Cape Cod Community College's Center for Community and Professional Education (CCAPE) is seeking a dynamic, community-minded leader to serve as Senior Manager of Career and Technical Education. In this role, the Senior Manager of Career and Technical Education will lead the development, implementation, and management of CCAPE's open enrollment training portfolio ? from short-term credentialing to stackable, grant-funded programming ? in close partnership with community organizations, libraries, senior centers, and regional workforce partners. The Senior Manager will work hand-in-hand with the Senior Manager of Employer Engagement and Workforce Partnerships and the Director/Chief Workforce Development Officer to ensure CCAPE's programming reflects both industry demand and community need, and requires strong judgment, initiative, and a collaborative approach to carry out responsibilities effectively.
