Client Services Associate
Are you looking to advance your career in wealth management and investment services? We are seeking a Client Services Associate to support investment operations, client relationships, account administration, and advisor activities within a growing financial services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support
- Coordinate client meetings, reviews, and advisor schedules
- Prepare account documentation, portfolio reviews, and performance reports
- Support account onboarding, maintenance, transfers, distributions, and beneficiary updates
- Monitor pending business and coordinate with custodians, vendors, and internal partners
- Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Support investment and insurance transactions when appropriately licensed
