Immediate Registered Respiratory Therapist travel contract opportunity in Hyannis, MA.

Pay Rate:

• $2,533.00 weekly travel pay package

Available Work Schedule:

• 7:00pm - 7:00am (Nights)
• 3x12 - 36 hours per week guaranteed
• E/O Weekend, E/O Holiday

Contract Details:

• 13 week contract (possible extension)

Job Details:

• Identifies acute and chronic cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
• Initiate and provide ventilatory support. Recommend appropriate ventilator settings, use lung protective strategies, appropriately wean the patient, monitor/troubleshoot the ventilator.
• Use best practice and follow approved Therapist driven protocols, procedures, and department policies.
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as ABG draws and sputum specimen collection.
• Interpret ABG’s.
• Perform bedside spirometry.
• Perform capnography.
• Perform other work-related duties as requested/assigned

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• Massachusetts state licensure in Respiratory Therapy.
• Current BLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Minimum one-year critical care experience preferred.
