Vinfen seeks a Residential Counselor to support Persons Served in a GLE/SIE residential setting in Massachusetts. You will assist in orienting new residents, coordinate with the treatment team, and implement recovery-based interventions while upholding rights and safety standards.
You will also participate in meals, activities, and documentation, advocating for PS and coordinating with families where needed. CPR/First Aid and MAP training are required within specified timelines.
