Oversee the overnight hotel operations and ensure accurate guest accounting and balancing of charges and revenues;
Reconcile and complete all daily front desk agents’ work and post rooms accordingly;
Provide reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office the next day;
Perform duties of front desk agent as assigned and assist in Front Office operations;
Manage VIP guest process including reviewing VIP reservations and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out
