Worldwide Tech Services is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to diagnose and repair a variety of client desktops and laptops. You will perform basic to moderately complex troubleshooting, interact with clients, and address issues promptly at designated sites.
Responsibilities include handling service calls within client SLA, completing admin tasks, reporting calls in real time, and following policy guidelines. You may travel long distances, with overnight assignments as needed.
