The Maintenance Technician will work at Cape Air’s Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Facility.

• Conformity inspections
• Aircraft modifications
• Read, understand, and apply blueprints and basic sheet metal repair criteria
• Work with or without established blueprints to drill, dimple, file, grind, trim, countersink, install aircraft structural assemblies and subassemblies, sand, paint, and seal
• Participate in department/base meetings, as required by Manager
• Conduct OJT with new hires, as assigned by Base Manager
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Additional duties as assigned

• Ability to perform moderately strenuous physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Well-rounded knowledge of sheet metal tooling, equipment, materials, and processes
• Goal-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Aircraft maintenance work experience required
• General Aviation or twin Cessna work experience preferred
• A&P certification preferred
• Must embody Cape Air's MOCHA HAGoTDI spirit
