Overview
This role supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, acting as a backup financial center manager and market-level resource. The objective is to ensure operational excellence and a client-centric risk culture across all centers in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Act as backup financial center leader within a market.
- Manage client traffic, engage and route clients, and foster client retention.
- Lead business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
- Create a world-class client experience environment.
- Implement and manage market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders.
- Drive operational excellence across all centers.

- Minimum of one year of leadership experience (coaching, training, motivating a work team).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or appropriately escalated.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
- Record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to engage others, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships and provide personalized service.
- Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation, and active listening.
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market.
- One year of management experience, including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports.
- Experience in Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift and Hours1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
Pay Range$72,000.00 – $90,300.00 annualized salary, determined based on experience, education and skill set. Base salary only; not incentive eligible.
