The RoleThe Senior Center Manager role oversees daily clinic operations, staff leadership, patient experience, and operational performance to ensure high-quality, efficient care delivery.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead center teams, monitor performance metrics, and help drive operational excellence across your assigned locations.
What You'll DoOversee day-to-day operations of assigned outpatient center
Monitor patient flow, clinic performance, and patient experience
Lead staff meetings, performance reviews, and team development
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Manage scheduling, staffing patterns, and operational resources
Analyze clinic metrics and implement improvements to workflow and performance
Support referral development and community engagement initiatives
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced healthcare or medical office environment
Strong operational, organizational, and team leadership skills
Experience managing clinic operations, staff performance, and patient experience initiatives
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare environment
Monday–Friday schedule
