Job Description:Position: RN – Labor & Delivery
Location:
Hyannis, MA 02601
Setting:
Hospital – L&D
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:- 4x12s, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Rotating weekends
- Rotating holidays
- 30‑minute unpaid break
- Client interview required
$75 per hour $75 × 48 hours = $3,600 per week
Must live close to the facility to qualify for the local rate
Must live 75+ miles from the facility to qualify for the full travel package
Travel Pay Package:$3,865 per week total
Housing stipend included ($917) Meals stipend included ($644)
Overview:- Provide comprehensive care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and identify complications promptly
- Deliver patient education and emotional support to postpartum patients
- Strong opportunity for experienced L&D nurses seeking a high‑acuity environment
- Charting: EPIC
- Free on‑site parking
- Orientation: 1‑day hospital orientation + Health Stream modules
- Covid and Flu vaccine exemptions accepted (medical/religious)
- Cancellation policy:
Up to 2 shifts per rolling 4 weeks - All RTO must be submitted on cover page
- Interview required
- MA RN license
- BLS and ACLS
- NRP
- Fetal Monitoring Course (Intermediate or Advanced)
- Recent OB experience within 2 years
- CPI preferred
- Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Must pass facility pharmacology exam
