Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available;
Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures;
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beautys technology and best practices;
Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available, while maintaining store cleanliness;
Keep an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance
