Assist customers in Fed Ex Office store while processing shipments and sales transactions;
Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels;
Maintain a safe, clean and orderly retail store environment and ensure proper display of products and signage;
Stock and service retail printing and shipping equipment and supplies to maintain performance;
Follow Fed Ex Office standards and procedures including HR, safety, and security policies
