Merchandiser​/Order Writer

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• Communicate issues with Mondelēz’ management team
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location:
  Hyannis, MA
• Schedule availability required: 4 days a week and 1 weekend day

Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills to fulfill merchandising needs while ensuring product visibility and adherence to company guidelines. Capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail environment, managing inventory, and executing promotional displays effectively.
