Retail Sales Merchandiser

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory
• Assist with new display setups and reset existing product displays
• Pack out grocery orders when needed
• Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly
• Clean, straighten, and organize shelves
• Remain accountable for completing work by assigned due dates

• General Equivalency Diploma

• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs
• Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service
• Communication skills, including speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Capability to read and interpret written information and comprehend simple instructions
• Transportation to get to and from work
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
