Job Overview

Join our team as a US Foods® Delivery Driver. You will start at $34.97 per hour, increasing to $39.35 per hour after 6 months of employment. Eligible new hires may receive a $12,500 retention bonus. Schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 3 am to 6 am dispatch, driven until deliveries are completed.

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products from the trailer using a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place them in designated customer locations.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance client experience.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections.

• Lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs repetitively during each shift.
• Drive and work in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse (required by the Department of Transportation).
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with the necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
• Preference for ability to operate a manual transmission; may be required in specific locations.
• Ability to read, speak, understand, and respond in English, and record information on reports and records.
