We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team. This role plays a key part in supporting the company's financial operations through accurate payment processing, account reconciliation, and customer account management. If you're detail‑oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Research and resolve outstanding payment issues and account discrepancies
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end close activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support special accounting and finance projects as assigned
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

• High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Minimum of two years of accounts receivable, payment processing, or related accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated professional with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
