Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Utilize Excel to analyze data and create detailed financial reports.
• Perform reconciliations for accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and review aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and collections.
• Handle collections activities, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients.
• Conduct accurate data entry to update financial systems and records.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare corporate tax returns and sales tax filings.
• Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect accurate financial information.
• Work closely with a small accounting department to support overall financial operations.
